SINGAPORE EMPLOYMENT LAW GUIDE PUBLISHED
The latest addition to XpertHR International is a guide to employment law in Singapore.

The guide provides a concise overview of the main points of employment law as a first point of reference for practitioners and researchers with an interest in Singapore. Like all of XpertHR's international guides, the Singapore guide will be updated monthly to take account of recent and upcoming changes.

Distinctive features of Singapore employment law include the general ability of employers to terminate employees' employment at any time with notice but without the need to give a valid reason, and a lack of any general anti-discrimination or equal opportunities legislation.
