USING SOCIAL MEDIA FOR RECRUITMENT
Our latest research looks at the use of digital media in recruitment and how trends have changed since employers began to use online application processes and job boards. We look specifically at the emergence of social networking media in recruitment, including how employers use platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Google+.
We report on problems and issues that employers face when using these media and explore how effective they are in the overall recruitment process.
As many organisations will be looking at employees' pay awards at this time of year, we also include our latest data and analysis of pay deals.
