EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SURVEYS
The latest addition to the XpertHR good practice section examines employee engagement surveys.
As the guide explains, employee engagement surveys can help organisations identify where they are maximising employee potential and where attention is needed to improve staff motivation, productivity and retention.
It includes guidance on: deciding on the scope and design of a survey; analysing the results; reporting on the results; and taking action to address the issues identified. It also provides tips on encouraging employees to respond to surveys and discusses how to work effectively with an external survey provider.
