LOCATION PAY SURVEY
XpertHR is conducting research into the use of location pay and allowances, enabling employers to tell us their practices and find out how these compare with those of other organisations.
Areas covered include the forms of location pay used, which groups of staff are covered and the reasons for paying it. The survey also asks about potential challenges that organisations may have experienced in relation to location pay, such as equal pay issues and perceptions of unfairness.
The survey remains open until 8 February and we would greatly appreciate your help with the research.
