Nuttall Review: Government-commissioned report suggests "right to request" employee ownership
The Government has said that it will act on the recommendations of the Nuttall Review on measures to encourage employee ownership in the private sector, including calling for evidence on how a "right to request" employee ownership could work. The Nuttall Review suggests that the right could be modelled on the existing rights to request flexible working and make requests in relation to study or training.

US WEBSITE
The US version of XpertHR has won two prestigious awards just weeks after its public launch.
The new website, which provides guidance on federal, state and municipal law, won the gold award in the "best new publication/product" category in the Magnum Opus Awards 2012. This was quickly followed by success in the Awards for Publication Excellence, where it was the winner in the "new website" category.
XpertHR US takes the same practical approach as the UK site, and includes an employment law manual, model policies and documents, "how to" guides, our unique interactive Liveflo workflow tool and supervisor briefings.
