TUPE EMPLOYMENT LAW MANUAL CHAPTER
Our revamp of the XpertHR employment law manual continues with the addition of a new chapter on TUPE, making the information on this subject easier to access. The information on TUPE and informing and consulting prior to TUPE transfers was previously contained in the employee rights and industrial relations chapters.

To enhance the sections within the new TUPE chapter, we have also added links to additional resources - including frequently asked questions, XpertHR Liveflo, and policies and documents - at the end of each subsection. This gives subscribers easy access to further XpertHR resources relating to the specific aspect of TUPE they are researching.
