Olympics: employer guidance
We have gathered together information from XpertHR to help employers deal with any issues that may arise from the Olympics or Paralympic Games, including Olympic volunteers, Sunday working, flexible working arrangements, unauthorised absence and travel disruption.

PREPARING FOR THE OLYMPICS
With just 39 days to go to the start of the Olympic Games in London, our latest research concentrates on the various issues that employers may face, including: travel disruption for those with employees based in or around the sites of the Games; late or increased requests for absence; and managing those who are working as one of the 70,000 volunteers for the Games.
